The experience was quite disappointing as

the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bed had blood stains, and the old pillows were not even full-sized. Despite asking for clean towels and trash to be taken out, no changes were made.

The room had a cozy feel, and the bed was like a cloud! Morning coffee in the lobby was a treat—especially loved the variety of options available.

However, the carpets were quite dirty, and the air conditioning unit was so noisy that it disrupted my sleep. This hotel definitely needs some renovations.

Ask about the hot tub's status before your stay, as it may not be available despite being advertised.

The cleaning staff did a decent job when we left the room in the morning and they still kept our valuables safe. We also got a chance to unwind at the pool, even though it was humid in there, it was still nice place to hang out

Key card drama was real—had to reset four times! Just wish the pool and hot tub were up to snuff, giving that sleek vibe we were hoping for.

The staff's swift assistance when we faced key card issues was commendable. Consider visiting the lobby for a better internet connection.

I had an absolute blast with the Dallas Cowboys themed decor—it added a fun vibe to my stay! The indoor pool was a lovely retreat, perfect for a bit of relaxation after a day of exploring. Not to mention, the breakfast spread had me excited each morning with its variety and deliciousness!
